Refund policy


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused and in its original packaging.

We offer a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Customers have the right to withdraw from the agreement within this 14-day period without providing a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the customer, or a third party other than the carrier, receives the product.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify The Mirah Official via an unequivocal statement (e.g., email) using the provided withdrawal form or a clear written request. Items sent back to us without prior notification and approval will not be accepted.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless otherwise agreed upon.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Customized or personalized products specifically made to the customer’s specifications
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards  

Damages and Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to evaluate the issue and resolve it promptly.

If you’ve received the wrong item, the fastest way to get the correct one is to return the item you received. Once the return is accepted, you can place a separate order for the desired item.

Refunds: You will be notified once we receive and inspect your return. We will inform you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
