Please review our shipping policy below for information on shipping times, carriers, and tracking.

Each bag is handcrafted to order, with a standard production time of 14 days. While we strive to complete production as quickly as possible, we typically maintain 14 days as the standard timeframe to ensure the highest quality. Once completed, we ship the package via PostNL or DHL. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination and typically range from 2–7 business days for domestic shipments.

Please note: Production and delivery timeframes do not include weekends or public holidays. If your order is placed close to or during these periods, additional time may be required for production and delivery.

Production Time: It takes 14 days to hand-make the bag for the customer.

Shipping Timeframe: The Mirah Official aims to ship orders within 14 working days of payment receipt unless a longer delivery period is specified.

Delivery Time: Delivery typically ranges from 2–7 business days.

Carriers: We use PostNL or DHL for shipping.

Confirmation and Tracking: For every order, you will receive two separate emails:

  1. Order Confirmation Email – Sent once your order is confirmed, providing your order details.
  2. Shipping Confirmation Email – Sent once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number to monitor the shipment's progress.

Processing Time: Please allow 1 to 2 business days for order processing before shipment. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


-Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer, who is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the address details. Please ensure that the shipping address provided at check out is accurate to avoid any issues with your order.


-If a product cannot be delivered on time, the customer will be informed and has the right to cancel the agreement free of charge. In such cases, The Mirah Official will refund the payment without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after cancellation.


-The risk of damage or loss of products lies with The Mirah Official until the product is delivered to the customer or a previously designated representative, unless otherwise expressly agreed.
